The Circle L Arena is owned by Rod Cline and managed with the help of Lisa Armstrong. Rod not only maintains the arenas and handles the setup for events but also runs a hay and cattle operation at the ranch. He's been in ranching for the past 23 years and thoroughly enjoys the ranching way of life. Lisa takes care of the scheduling for the arena as well as manages and cooks for the concessions and Traveling Longhorn Cafe. If Lisa is not running around at the arena, you'll probably find her in the glove aisle at Murdoch's where she spends the rest of her time providing excellent customer service. The indoor arena here at Circle L opened its doors in September of 2004 and has been growing and staying very busy ever since. If you can do it on horseback or with dogs, we've probably tried it out here or are willing to give it a shot. We have also made upgrades by installing a state of the art PA system in the indoor arena, concession areas at both the indoor and outdoor arenas as well as the addition of the outdoor arena. The indoor arena is 80 x 200 and heated during the winter months to about 45 degrees. It also makes for a nice cool place to participate in events and ride during the summer months when the temperatures are just too hot for comfort. The indoor arena is a complete setup with a concession stand, spectator seating, office area, announcer booth, roping chutes, PA System, electric timer and laser barrel markers. The outdoor arena is 135x300 and is complete with an office/concession area, announcer booth, bleachers for spectator seating, and roping chutes.
